What we process

We process the image and prompt you submit, generated video, task state, and limited technical signals required for security and free-limit enforcement. IP prefixes and device identifiers are transformed with keyed hashes. Our first-party analytics records fixed action names and reliability events; it does not store image or prompt content, filenames, or task identifiers in client event properties.

Analytics

We use the existing Microsoft Clarity project to understand interaction patterns such as page visits, clicks, scrolling, device information, heatmaps, and page-scoped session replays. Clarity cookies are disabled for this project. The generator area is explicitly masked so uploaded images, prompts, task identifiers, and generated previews are excluded from replay content.

When Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you choose Allow analytics. You can decline or turn it off using the analytics control. It measures the homepage, Free limits, and Pricing pages and fixed actions such as choosing a valid image, upload completion, preview playback starting, or requesting a download. It does not receive your uploaded material, prompt, filename, account identity, task identifiers, full query strings, or share parameters. Referrers are reduced to broad source categories. Analytics cookies use pseudonymous browser identifiers and expire after 90 days; Google advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google Signals are disabled.

Unmarked traffic in our first-party reports is not proof of a natural user. Internal tests are separated from ordinary records. Download requests do not prove that a file was saved.

Why and how long

Inputs, outputs, and task recovery access are retained for up to 7 days unless security or legal obligations require otherwise. Short-lived abuse records may be kept for the applicable free-limit period. We use this data to provide generation, recover tasks, prevent abuse, measure reliability, and control cost. Browser storage for security, free-limit enforcement, and recovery is separate from optional Google Analytics cookies.

Providers

Submitted content is shared with our video-generation and infrastructure providers only as needed to deliver the service. Behavioral analytics is processed by Microsoft Clarity and, when enabled with your permission, Google Analytics. Do not upload sensitive data or content you lack the right to use.

Your choices

We skip optional browser analytics and first-party client action beacons when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Server reliability and security records needed to operate the service continue. Your optional Google Analytics choice is stored locally. Turning it off reloads the page to stop further Google Analytics requests; existing cookies may remain until expiry or until you clear them in browser settings. Clearing browser storage also removes this browser’s automatic task recovery capability. Content blockers and provider opt-out controls may further limit collection.
